Valve stem assembly (also called a turret valve), P/N VS-1090-ALT. For M1078 and M1083 series trucks. Includes mounting nut and high temperature grommet as shown. Also includes a removable protective rubber hose on the valve stem (not shown) that is needed in some applications. Valve stem end has inside and outside threads. Fits 13/16 inch hole in rim. Made in USA.
