Terms and conditions. By ordering on this web site or by phone, fax, or e-mail you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Orders are normally shipped by UPS or for international orders by USPS or UPS Worldwide service. In stock items typically ship within two business days after payment is received.

Shipping address is used exactly as provided by customer at order checkout. Please enter accurately. If, after attempting a delivery, UPS finds the address invalid and corrects it a $19.50 address correction fee will be billed back to the customer. (This is the fee we are charged for address corrections by UPS)

Sales tax exempt customers must have their resale certificate sent to us prior to the tax exempt order being placed.

$15.00 minimum order.

Effective July 1st, 2021 orders shipping to any European Union (EU) country are subject to a minimum order amount of €150 EUR / approximately $183 USD. VAT and customs fees will be due upon parcel delivery.

If the shipping address is in the USA, but a shipping method for international service is selected at order checkout, the shipping will default to a very low dollar amount (the automated system can't figure out the proper rate). In this case we will change the order to UPS Ground shipping and the ground rate will be charged.
If the shipping address is international, but a domestic service is selected, the shipping will also default to a very low dollar amount. In this case we will hold the order and verify the USPS Priority International shipping cost.

Payment Information:

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, money orders and business/personal checks (checks must clear before order ships). Net 30 accounts are available to qualifying municipalities, police, and fire departments. Contact us directly if you are paying by check, money order or to have your order shipped COD. UPS COD fee applies. Some orders cannot ship COD.

Back Order, Refund, Returns/Warranty and Cancellation Policies:

If an item(s) within your order are back ordered, your order will ship complete when items are back in stock (generally 5-7 days back order time). We try to keep most items in stock for prompt shipping but occasionally do have a back ordered item. An item's web page will show "out of stock" if the back order time is expected to be more than two weeks. If you do not want to wait for back ordered items let us know and we will ship your order as the items are available. Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs on split orders.

Products that indicate "one in stock" or "limited stock" are items that:
-we do not plan to have after stock is depleted;
-large quantity orders are not possible since only a limited number are available.

Our NEW/NOS military vehicle parts are backed by a 6 month (from date of purchase) warranty to be free from manufactures defects; with the exception of:
-New light bulbs (excluding LED) carry a 15 day warranty.
-All electrical parts including electronic control boxes and modules, glow plugs, spark plugs, switches, sensors, wiring harnesses, alternators, starters, motors, LED lamps are sold as-is and are not returnable due to the wide variety of circumstances parts may be subjected to. No exceptions.

Parts where failure or damage was caused due to abuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, negligent handling, alteration, or accident are not covered. No part may be returned if modified, altered, or disassembled in any way. Parts returned without prior approval will be refused.
Products may not be returned due to error in purchasing.
Prior approval before return is required; customer must call us prior to returning any item. Returns must be in the factory box if one originally shipped. The dated invoice that was included with the item (or a photocopy of the invoice) must be included. Upon our inspection of the part, and if we find the part defective, the item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If, in the event a product is no longer in stock and cannot be repaired, the purchase price will be refunded. Initial shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping cost is customers responsibility. This warranty extends solely to replacement of defective parts; we disclaim all liability for actual or alleged labor charges and/or special or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the direct or indirect use of any product we sell. The warranty is non-transferable, and extends only to the original owner. In no event shall Erik’s Military and Industrial Surplus liability exceed the price of the warranted item on which such liability is based. Erik’s Military & Industrial Surplus will pay outbound shipping on the replacement or repaired part.


All items are sold as pictured. If you don't see something in the picture or the item description doesn't state that something extra is included (i.e. service manuals, spare parts, etc) then it is not included with the purchase. If you are unsure of included items or items condition then please inquire.

Every shipment is carefully packed so you receive our products in good condition. Any claim for part shortage/discrepancy must be brought to our attention within 5 days of delivery date.
Damage in transit is the carriers responsibility. Our merchandise is carefully packed and thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility. The carrier, upon acceptance of the shipment, assumed responsibility for its safe delivery. Erik’s Military & Industrial Surplus will not issue return authorization or credit for any freight damaged material. Claims for loss or damage sustained in transit must therefore be made upon the carrier as follows:

CONCEALED LOSS OR DAMAGE Concealed loss or damage means loss or damage that does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage. When the damage is discovered upon unpacking make a request to us to file an insurance claim. This request must be within 5 calendar days of date of delivery. The product and all packaging should be held for possible inspection by the carrier.

Lost or stolen shipments: if a shipment becomes lost or stolen while in the possession of the carrier, Erik's Military and Industrial Surplus will not offer a refund beyond the insurance compensation issued by the carrier. Notify us immediately if you suspect a shipment has been stolen so that we can request that the carrier begins a lost package investigation.

Product specifications, appearance, and price is accurate at time of web page publish. However, due to manufactures improvements/changes actual product may vary slightly (paint color, for example) or specifications may change. Prices subject to change according to manufactures cost.

Use of multiple part numbers listed for a single part is for cross reference purposes. It does not necessarily indicate or imply a particular manufacture made the product. Information is believed accurate, however, Erik’s Military and Industrial Surplus suggests the customer research part compatibility before purchasing.

Export restrictions from USA: some items can not be exported per United States Export Control Law and Regulations.
Restricted countries included, but may not be limited to, China, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan, North Korea, Russia, and Venezuela. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Important Shipping Cost Information:

Beginning 12/29/2014 all shipments are subject to dimensional weight per the carriers published rates for 2015 or after. All major carriers are implementing this new rate. (Previously Ground shipments of 5,184 cu in or less were not subject to dimensional weight.) For example, if a shipment weighs 8 pounds but must ship in a 16x10x11 inch package, the billable weight is 13 lbs. We are working to keep shipping costs accurate and competitive by using the smallest possible box size and still properly package products.
