Custom built crewcab, installed 395/85/20 tires, hydraulic power steering kit from Waterloo Specialties, additional 12 volt alternator, 5 air ride seats.
Pushed the tandems back 7.5" and then cut 8" out of length bed and wheel wells. Bed mounted Harbor Freight crane. Rebuilt troop seats to fit the new bed length.
