Product Description
Antenna drive gearbox made by Plessey. P/N R1698M2, military number 11465056. s/n 860516. date 5/86. Army p/n 11463326 is crossed out by several X's on data plate.
As removed condition. Input drive turns without binding. Designed for a splined motor shaft to operate the gear box. Has manual square drive input. Two square drive outputs for antenna that rotate in opposite directions of each other. The manual drive input does not rotate when the motor drive input is operating (this is normal) and turning the manual drive input does not rotate the motor (also normal). There is gear reduction from motor drive to output shafts.
